Year End Procedures

Locker Clean out/Chromebook Return

INSTRUCTIONS
 

•Students should enter MHS through Door 9 only.

•Face coverings should be worn at all times.

•Students will be given bags for their personal items; therefore, students should not bring any backpack or bag into MHS (precautionary procedure).

•Upon entering the building, the student will see a row of totes labeled with the following titles: Chromebooks, Chromebook chargers, textbooks by subject, instruments, WREP items, library books, miscellaneous. Please place the respective items in the corresponding totes.  

•Students will proceed directly to their locker and clean out their materials.

•As the students move around the building, they should practice social distancing and avoid congregating.

•Once their locker is cleaned out, they should immediately exit the building through Door 1A (Front Entryway by the flagpole). 

•Seniors will be handed a bag containing graduation supplies, various gifts, and their yard sign.  

•If a student needs to clean out their athletic equipment in Building C, they should drive around the back of the building and enter Door 25.  There students should continue to practice social distancing practices.

•For all students scheduled to take an Advanced Placement (AP) exam, please keep your Chromebook; we will schedule a different time for your computer return. However, still arrive at the time listed below for locker clean out.

•If a student is scheduled to take a summer school course through Indiana Online (IOA), they should still return their computer. We will provide another opportunity to distribute a different Chromebook just prior to summer school.

Arrival of students to MHS on May 18 and May 19 should proceed as follows:

May 18

9:00am – 9:30 am: Students with last name beginning with A

9:30am – 10:00am:  Students with last name beginning with B

10:00am – 10:30am:  Students with last name beginning with C

10:30am – 11:00am:  Students with last name beginning with D

11:00am – 11:30am:  Students with last name beginning with E

11:30am – 12:00pm:  Students with last name beginning with F

12:00pm – 12:30pm:  Students with last name beginning with G

12:30pm – 1:00pm:  Students with last name beginning with H

1:00pm – 1:30pm:  Students with last name beginning with I

1:30pm – 2:00pm:  Students with last name beginning with J

2:00pm – 2:30pm:  Students with last name beginning with K

2:30pm – 3:00pm:  Students with last name beginning with L

3:00pm – 3:30pm:  Students with last name beginning with M

3:30pm – 4:00pm:  Students with last name beginning with N

 

MAY 19
