Transfer Within School District (Elementary Only K-4) A family that wishes to transfer their child from the elementary school that they have been assigned to based on their home address to a different school within the MSD of Martinsville School District will need to fill out the Family Access In-District Transfer Form.
Out of School District Transfer (K-12) A family that wishes to transfer their child from a school outside of the district will need to fill out the enrollment form. Go to the new student enrollment link below to enroll. Enroll your child in the school that you would like for him/her to attend. The school that your child will be attending will have you complete the Out of District Transfer Form.
