- SCHOOL SUPPLY LISTS
School supply lists are published on the district website and linked here. School supply lists can also be found at Walmart and Kroger. Students attending JRW and MHS do not have a school supply list. JRW and MHS teachers will share this information on the first day of school.
- RSVP (Returning Student Verification Packet)
Before the start of school on August 6, please complete the RSVP for your student’s Skyward Family Access. This ensures that all contact information is up-to-date in our system.
- SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE
John R Wooden Middle School: August 1 – 5:00-6:30 PM
Martinsville High School: August 1 – 6:00-8:00 PM
Elementary Schools: August 5 – 5:00-6:00 PM
Bell Intermediate Academy: August 5 – 6:00-7:30 PM
- WELL WEDNESDAY
The MSD of Martinsville will follow a new 1-hour delayed start WELL Wednesday schedule. The YMCA will continue to offer its regular YMCA morning childcare program at each school. However, if your family needs free child supervision before school on WELL Wednesdays, please contact the school principal or secretary.
- LIFT UP SCHOOL SUPPLIES DISTRIBUTION
Free backpacks and school supplies will be available for students entering Kindergarten through 12th grade on Saturday, August 3, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Hoosier Harvest Church. Vaccinations, free/reduced meal applications, and many other resources will also be available. Students must be present.
