Morgan County students grades 7 through 12 are invited along with their families to attend the 2022 Skilled Trades Open House & Career Fair this Thursday evening at Martinsville High School. It will be an informative and eye-opening evening of exploration, demonstrations, and networking. Come learn about the opportunities that lie ahead in high demand and rewarding careers in automotive technology, machining, the construction and building trades, engineering and technology, broadcasting, agriculture and agri-business, natural resources, and criminal justice.
Meet representatives from the skilled trades, discover the opportunities to earn while you learn through union apprenticeship programs and paid internship opportunities, and win door prizes. It all happens from 5 to 7 p.m. at Martinsville High School in the technology and vocational wing. Entry is through Door 21A.
